ABILENE, TX — The Abilene-Taylor County Health District reported a 52 new cases of COVID-19 (42 PCR, 10 antigen) on Monday.
There were also 49 recoveries.
The number of active cases is 2,141 with 139 of those in the hospital.
That is the second highest of the pandemic.
Restrictions — such as bar closures and reduced restaurant capacity — will not be lifted until the area is below 15% COVID hospital capacity for seven straight days.
