ABILENE, TX — An Abilene man accused of inappropriately touching a 12-year-old girl was indicted for indecency with a child.
According to the indictment, the victim said Curtis Dickson (aka Curtis Dickerson), 43, touched her vagina area over her pants and asked if she liked it.
When police asked Dickson what happened, he said he might have accidentally bumped into the victim while getting his wallet.
