ABILENE, TX — The Abilene-Taylor County Health District reported one new COVID death and eight new cases Friday.
The person who died is a woman in her 80s.
A total of 400 people have died from COVID in Taylor County.
There were three recoveries.
The number of active cases is 168. A total of seven of those are in the hospital.
