TEXAS – According to the Fort Worth Police Department, the shooting occurred around 1:15 a.m. Wednesday.
It happened in the 3200 block of New York Avenue.
Fort Worth Police Department officers responded to a shooting call.
When the officers arrived on scene, they discovered that the victim was on the way to the hospital.
Police said the victim suffered not life-threatening injuries and is expected to be ok.
The victim was inside the residence when the shooting occurred.
