ABILENE, TX— Zachary Morelos was found guilty of shooting and killing a 36-year-old man after a fight in 2019.
The misunderstanding between the two happened in May 2019 when Morelos shot Jacob Garcia, who later died in Abilene hospital.
Reportedly, he was found with gunshot residue on both hands.
The Taylor County jury sentenced Morelos to 99 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
