Abilene, TX – According to the Abilene Fire Department, this unfortunate incident occurred right after 11 a.m. Friday morning.
It happened on South 8th Street.
Abilene Fire Department crews responded to a report of a residential structure fire.
They were able to quickly extinguish the blaze.
One resident suffered injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
Abilene Police Department officials said that they had one individual in custody.
