ABILENE, TX— Thursday night, Abilene City Manager Robert Hanna announced that EHT will look at the Abilene water system after last week’s failure.
“The public deserves the cost of building a self-generated system,” Hanna said.
After getting the cost, the matter will be handed over to the Abilene City Council.
“Somewhere between that and what we have now, there’s likely a solution you might land on,” Hanna said.
Discussions will continue on March 22 at a city council workshop.
