ABILENE, TX – On Monday, Abilene Police took 49-year-old James Green of Abilene into custody. He is charged with non-forcible Sexual Assault of a Child Under the age of 17. He was located in north Abilene and questioned about his involvement in the alleged crime. He was taken into custody and transported to the Taylor County Jail. This investigation is ongoing.
