ABILENE, TX — Detectives with the Abilene Police Department are looking for Miguel Rangel, 21.
According to an APD Facebook post, Rangel has an aggravated assault charge stemming from a shooting that occurred April 25 on Orange Street.
There could be a reward for information on his whereabouts.
