ABILENE, Texas —Julia Vincent has been located and is safely back with family.
Abilene police are asking for the public’s help to find a missing teenage girl.
Julia Vincent, 13, was last seen about 11 p.m. Thursday in the 1000 block of S. Danville Drive.
Vincent is 5’5”, 115 lbs, with brown eyes and brown hair with purple and green highlights.
She was last seen wearing black pants and a red hoodie.
