ABILENE, TX — Abilene police are asking people to call AEP or Taylor Electric to report power outages, not 911.
Police said dispatchers have been flooded Monday with calls about power outages.
According to AEP. rolling black outs are expected for at least the next 24 hours.
There could also be other power outages related to cold weather.
