ABILENE, TX— The Abilene-Taylor County Health District confirmed two additional COVID-19-related deaths in Taylor County Saturday.
The patients were a woman in her 80s and a man in his 80s.
The new deaths bring the COVID-19-related death count in Taylor County to 379.
The health district reported 15 new confirmed COVID-19 cases – 10 PCR and five antigen.
There were 35 recoveries also reported, bringing the total number of recoveries to 14,549.
Fifteen current hospitalizations were included in the report.
Taylor County has administered 54,869 PCR and 84,226 antigen tests. Of those tests, 7,077 PCR and 8,222 antigen tests were confirmed cases.
Additionally, 47,792 negative PCR and 76,004 antigen test results reported.
