ABILENE, TX — The Abilene-Taylor County Public Health District has approximately 100 COVID-19 vaccinations available for walk-up vaccination until 3 p.m. Thursday at the Abilene Convention Center.
Individuals meeting 1A or 1B qualifications can report to the walk-up line at the convention center with a valid form of identification and their insurance card, if possible.
According to a social media post from the City of Abilene, there is no charge for the vaccine and individuals are vaccinated regardless of insurance coverage.
