Abilene, TX – According to the statement, APD officers responded to a crash in 5300 block of South First Street around 6:10 a.m. Wednesday.
When the officers arrived on scene, they found a 53-year-old man.
Unfortunately, he died on scene.
He was later identifies as Jean Paul Zihalirwa.
Abilene Police Department said that alcohol does not appear to be a factor in the crash.
The investigation is ongoing.
