Abilene, TX – According to the police officials, Abilene Police Department officers responded to a report of a body found in the parking lot of a convenience store.
This unfortunate incident occurred right before 4 a.m. Tuesday.
It happened in the 900 block of ES 11th Street.
The responding officers found a male victim. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police have identified the victim, his name is Carlos Veliz Jr.
This incident is under investigation.
