ABILENE, Texas — A clerk was assaulted during a liquor store robbery.
According to Abilene police, two men tried to steal liquor from Big Country Beer Wine + Tobacco in the 2500 block of N 1st St. around 6 p.m. Saturday.
When the clerk tried to stop them, they were assaulted.
Police are currently looking for the two suspects.
