COLEMAN, TX — Coleman police are investigating a deadly crash.
They got the call Tuesday at 11:36 p.m.
It happened on the US 84 Bypass at North Colorado.
Police said a Toyota 4Runner and a Ford F250 were on the north side of the roadway with heavy front end damage.
There were two people in the Toyota.
The passenger was taken by medical helicopter to Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene.
The driver was taken to Coleman County Medical Center where she died from her injuries.
She’s been identified at Candace Barr, 53, of Abilene.
The driver of the Ford was taken to Coleman County Medical Center and then transferred to Hendrick Medical Center.
This crash is being investigated by the Coleman Police Department with the assistance of Texas Department of Public Safety.
