ABILENE, TX — The Abilene Police Officers arrested a suspect connected to the shooting and killing of a 35-year-old man and wounding two others.
That Tuesday night, the Police officers responded to shooting at the apartment complex where they found three shooting victims, including Paul John Delacruz, 35, who died from the injuries.
The two other victims, both women in their forties, were taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Reportedly, on Wednesday evening, the 22-year-old Arthur Jesse Gallegoz of Abilene was apprehended in a home in the 2700 block of South 3rd Street by members of a SATT and SWATT team.
Gallegoz is charged with murder and was booked into Taylor County Jail. He is held on a $250,000 bond.
