ABILENE, TX — Salvation Army Abilene is in desperate need of bell ringers before Christmas.
COVID has made it tough to find volunteers and there are fewer people shopping because of the pandemic.
As a result, kettle donations — which are the Salvation Army’s primary funding source — are down $50,000 from last year.
