ABILENE, TX — The Abilene-Taylor County Public Health District said there were 29 new confirmed COVID-19 cases -25 PCR and four antigen – for Taylor County Wednesday.
According to the health district, the increase in the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases is because of older tests taken in January and a widespread testing event.
The daily report included:
- Eleven hospitalizations.
- Nineteen recoveries, bringing the total number of recoveries to 14,982.
- Taylor Count has administered 55,650 PCR and 97,386, of which 7,197 and 8,346 antigen were confirmed cases.
- There were 48,453 negative PCR and 89,040 negative antigen test results.
