ABILENE, TX —On Tuesday around 3 p.m., a woman was hit when a car was backing up, and she was taken to a hospital.
The accident happened in front of the Salvation Army of Abilene, where the car overthrew the woman who was using a walker.
The emergency crews arrived at the scene and took the woman to the closest hospital, where she was treated.
Reportedly, she had minor injuries and was released home.
