ABILENE, Texas — According to the statement, George Edward Harry Frosch and Blake Andrew Britner were arrested Friday and charged with first degree felony aggravated kidnapping.
The officials have reported that Ashley Alaniz and Roger Scotty Wilson are still on the run.
In a large investigation, police officers find the four played a role in the abduction of Priscilla Limon.
