Abilene, TX – According to the statement, Beto O’Rourke will stop by Stevenson Park at 6 p.m. on June 5.
He will have a conversation about the For the People Act.
Beto O’Rourke said that he has not ruled out a run for governor.
O’Rourke is a former member of the U.S. House, where he represented Texas’ 16th Congressional District.
He ran for U.S. Senate in 2018, a race which he lost to incumbent Sen. Ted Cruz.
He was one of several Democrats running for president in the 2020 election.
