A 17-year-old who was shot outside a Texas high school Monday was hospitalized in critical condition

TEXAS – According to the statement, Fort Worth Police Department officers responded to a shooting call at the Eastern Hills High School around 5:30 p.m.

When the officers arrived on scene, they found a teen that was shot in the neck.

The shooting appeared to stem from a fight.

The victim was brought to a nearby hospital in critical condition.

The investigation is ongoing.
