TEXAS – According to the police officials, his name is Darriynn Brown and he was previously charged with kidnapping and theft after the little boy was discovered with multiple wounds.
The 4-year-old boy was found in the 7500 block of Saddleridge Drive.
The 18-year-old man is being held in the Dallas County Jail without bond on the capital murder charge.
The investigation is ongoing.
