ABILENE, TX— The Abilene Police officers arrested Rita Ramirez when she threatened to shoot the man trying to tow her car.
Reportedly, the officers responded to County Place Apartments in the 1000 block of Justice Way around 7 p.m. on Tuesday, where the man said the woman pointed a gun at him and threatened to shoot him as he was towing her car.
Later, Ramirez admitted that she pointed a gun at the man.
Ramirez was arrested and booked into the Taylor County Jail, where she was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony.
