Abilene, TX – According to the police officials, his name is Juan Alexander Rodriguez and he was arrested.
The suspect is charged with Delivery of Marijuana Greater than 50 pounds but less than 2000 Pounds in connection to the shipment.
The shipment was intercepted during an investigation Friday.
Authorities say that the marijuana was shipped from California to cities in Texas and other states.
The street value of the marijuana is more than $100,000.
Rodriguez was released after posting a $35,000 bond.
