ABILENE, TX — An Abilene man was arrested for the second time in three months for a child sex crime.
Marquis Desmont Lyons, 22, was arrested Friday for indecency with a child by sexual contact.
The alleged incident occurred in May 2013.
He was released from the Taylor County jail on a $7,500 bond.
Police said he sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl in February.
According to the pre-indictment warrant, Lyons confessed to the sexual assault.
