ABILENE, TX — Abilene Police Department’s Special Operation Division arrested Colby Tray Brannon Smith, 39, of Abilene, according to an APD press release.
Agents served a search warrant at a south Abilene motel at approximately 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 8. Smith was contacted outside of the motel, located in the 4300 block of Sayles Boulevard.
The APD said in the release more than six ounces of methamphetamine was seized.
Smith was transported to the Taylor County Jail. He has been charged with first-degree felony delivery of controlled substance methamphetamine; state jail felony possession of controlled substance heroin; and Class A misdemeanor possession of controlled substance hydrocodone.
