Mesquite ISD partnering with city to distribute Pfizer vaccines for COVID-19

MESQUITE, TX – This weekend, Mesquite ISD and the city of Mesquite are partnering to distribute 1,000 doses of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, according a release from the district.

The vaccine drive will take place at the K. David Belt Professional Development Center at at 3819 Town Crossing Blvd. on Saturday, May 15, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

No appointment is required, but a parent or guardian must be present for any minor who wishes to receive the vaccine.

Individuals who receive a vaccine at the drive on Saturday will be contacted by the city or school district with more details on how to schedule their second Pfizer dose, per the district.

Masks are required to enter the building and adults must bring a photo ID.
