ABILENE, Texas — According to the statement, Abilene is currently under a flood watch.
Heavy amounts of rain were expected.
Last year, the ceremony was also cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions.
The cemetery has released a statement saying:
“We appreciate your support for our Texas Veterans. We honor our fallen heroes today and every day”.
