Caldwell County, TX – According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident occurred on Sept. 1.
Police say it happened in the 600 block of Boulder Lane in the Tilmon area.
Caldwell County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a shooting call.
When the deputies arrived on scene, they found 82-year-old victim.
His name is Lothar Storch and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
His wife, Dena Katharine Harris Storch, has been arrested and charged her with the murder or her husband.
Authorities say the woman allegedly confessed to the murder on Sept. 4.
