ABILENE, TX— The Abilene-Taylor County Health District confirmed two additional COVID-19-related deaths in Taylor County Wednesday.
The new deaths bring the total number of COVID-19-related deaths in Taylor County to 207.
The health district also reported 96 new confirmed COVID-19 cases – 24 PCR and 72 antigen.
One-hundred-thirteen recoveries were also reported, bringing the total number of recoveries to 9,320.
There were 137 total hospitalizations included in the report.
Taylor County has administered 43,759 PCR and 55,410 antigen tests. Of those tests, 5,203 PCR and 6,344 antigen tests were confirmed cases.
There were also 38,556 negative PCR and 49,066 negative antigen test results reported.
