ABILENE, TX — According to Hunt Military Communities, they have begun their annual support of the Marine Corps. and its Toys for Tots holiday toy drive.

“As a long-standing supporter of the military community, HMC will be hosting donation drop off stations at 26 of its locations across the nation, including both Goodfellow and Quail Hollow near you,” said Lynette Hegeman, HMC National Marketing Director.

According to HMC, they will be encouraging its residents, employees, and active duty service members on base to do their part to support the initiative through December 20th. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, HMC and Toys for Tots are encouraging all participants to adhere to federal, state, and local guidelines as we invite our communities to help support families in need in a safe way.

Hegeman says they have made donating safer this year by making toy purchases available online.

“If they don’t feel they can go out and shop they can also order online go-to toys for tots website you can order gifts have them sent directly to toys for tots distribution center and then right into the hands of children who are very much in need.” said Hegeman.
