Abilene, TX – According to the police officials, his name is Joel Rakesh Thomas and he was taken into custody for murder in June.
Police say the 68-year-old woman was found dead inside her apartment.
This unfortunate incident occurred in the 2500 block of Alamo Drive.
The suspect remains held in jail on bonds totaling more than $255,000.
