Abilene, TX – According to the police officials, his name is Christopher Stewart and he was booked on June 9th around 8:40pm.
The suspect was booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility.
Stewart was arrested after being accused by the mother for molesting her child, saying she heard her child tell another child that she had a secret with Stewart.
The mother of the child found about the sexual abuse after asking about the secret.
A witness found Stewart on top of a child without any pants on.
He is currently being held on a $75,000 bond at the Tom Green County Detention Facility.
